Space saving two-bolt fixing, cast aluminium cable cleats, suitable for cables from 51mm to 120mm overall diameter. Supplied as standard in plain aluminium alloy (LM6 grade) to BS1490, suitable for normal industrial use or outdoor, un-polluted environments. The product can also be supplied with a variety of protective coatings to order (E.g. epoxy).
The two bolt aluminium cleat features unique flanges alongside the fixing turrents to enable a firm fixing onto cable ladder rungs or conventional steel channel systems, preventing the rocking feature of some alternative manufacturer’s products.
Designed for direct fixing onto ladder or channel with no additional adaptor plates or packing pieces required.
Some sizes feature the same bolt-fixing centres which enable different sizes to be easily stacked.
DFK cleat fixing kits enable easy fixing of the cleat to cable ladder rungs or 41mm wide steel channel. Included in each kit: 2 x M10 threaded studs, 2 x hexagon nuts, 2 x flat washers and 2 x plain channel nuts.
